General Provisions<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-150\">1.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-150\"> This document constitutes a public offer from <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"51\"><span class=\"citation-150\">Golden Trail LLC<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-150\"> (TIN: 1308261351) (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Seller&#8221;)<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,4\"><span class=\"citation-149\">It contains all essential terms for the remote sale of disposable products for beauty salons, clinics, and aesthetic rooms (including gloves, masks, sheets, caps, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Goods&#8221;)<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,6\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-148\">1.2.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-148\"> By placing an order on the website <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"40\"><a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https:\/\/www.goldentrail.az\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hveid=\"0\" data-ved=\"0CAAQ_4QMahgKEwi2-t7HvKuTAxUAAAAAHQAAAAAQoAQ\"><span class=\"citation-148\">www.goldentrail.az<\/span><\/a><\/b><span class=\"citation-148\"> (the &#8220;Website&#8221;), the Buyer signifies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-147\">1.3.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-147\"> This Offer is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms the order and operates in accordance with the <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"121\"><span class=\"citation-147\">Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">2. Subject of the Agreement<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"8,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-146\">2.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-146\"> The Seller agrees to transfer, and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for, the Goods ordered on the Website<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"8,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"8,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-145\">2.2.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-145\"> The quantity, cost, and characteristics of the Goods are determined at the time of order placement<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"8,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">3. Ordering and Payment Procedure<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-144\">3.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-144\"> Orders are placed by selecting items on the Website and confirming the order through the electronic form<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"10,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-143\">3.2.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-143\"> Payment can be made online (via bank card or electronic wallet) or in cash upon delivery (if applicable)<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"10,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-142\">3.3.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-142\"> All prices are listed in <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"30\"><span class=\"citation-142\">Azerbaijani Manats (AZN)<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-142\"> including VAT<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,2,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,2,1,4\"><span class=\"citation-141\">Delivery costs are not included unless stated otherwise<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"10,2,1,6\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">4. Delivery and Transfer of Goods<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"12,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-140\">4.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-140\"> Delivery is carried out by courier, postal services, or transport companies<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"12,0,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"12,0,1,4\"><span class=\"citation-139\">Terms and costs are specified during the checkout process<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"12,0,1,6\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"12,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-138\">4.2.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-138\"> The risk of accidental loss passes to the Buyer once the Goods are handed over to the courier or transport company<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"12,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">5. Returns and Exchanges<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"14,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-137\">5.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-137\"> In accordance with legislation, incorrectly sent or defective Goods may be returned or exchanged for proper items<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"14,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"14,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-136\">5.2.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-136\"> Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"14,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"55\"><span class=\"citation-136\">&#8220;On Protection of Consumer Rights,&#8221;<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-136\"> hygienic products showing signs of use are not eligible for exchange<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"14,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"15\">6. Liability<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"16,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-135\">6.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-135\"> The Seller is not liable for the Buyer&#8217;s inability to use the Goods due to personal reasons<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"16,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"16,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-134\">6.2.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-134\"> The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"16,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\">7. Personal Data<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"18,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"18,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-133\">7.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-133\"> By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"18,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"143\"><span class=\"citation-133\">&#8220;On Personal Data&#8221;<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"18,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"19\">8. Final Provisions<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"20,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"20,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-132\">8.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-132\"> This Offer remains in effect indefinitely until revoked by the Seller<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"20,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20,1,1\">8.2. Any disputes between the parties shall be resolved through negotiations, and if this is not possible, the disputes shall be \u0440\u0430\u0441\u0441\u043c\u043e\u0442\u0440ed by the competent court located in the city of Baku.<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"21\" \/>\r\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"22\">2. Website User Agreement<\/h2>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"24\">1. General Provisions<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"25,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"25,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-129\">1.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-129\"> This User Agreement (the &#8220;Agreement&#8221;) governs the relationship between the Administration of <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"25,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"98\"><a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https:\/\/www.goldentrail.az\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hveid=\"0\" data-ved=\"0CAAQ_4QMahgKEwi2-t7HvKuTAxUAAAAAHQAAAAAQsQQ\"><span class=\"citation-129\">www.goldentrail.az<\/span><\/a><\/b><span class=\"citation-129\"> and any user (the &#8220;User&#8221;)<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"25,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"25,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"25,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-128\">1.2.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-128\"> Use of the Website implies the User&#8217;s full agreement with the terms of this Agreement<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"25,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"26\">2. Registration and Account<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"27,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"27,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-127\">2.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-127\"> To place an order, the User must register by providing accurate personal data<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"27,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"27,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-126\">2.2.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-126\"> The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"27,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"28\">3. Rights and Obligations<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"29,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3.1. The Administration has the right to:<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29,0,1,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"29,0,1,0,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-125\">Change Website content<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"29,0,1,0,0,3\">;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span data-path-to-node=\"29,0,1,1,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-124\">Suspend access to the Website for technical maintenance<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"29,0,1,1,0,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\" data-path-to-node=\"29,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3.2. The User agrees to:<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29,1,1,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"29,1,1,0,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-123\">Not use the Website for illegal activities<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"29,1,1,0,0,3\">;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"29,1,1,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"29,1,1,1,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-122\">Provide accurate information when placing an order<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"29,1,1,1,0,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"30\">4. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"31,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"31,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"31,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-121\">4.1.<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-121\"> All Website materials (texts, images, logos) are subject to copyright<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,0,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,0,1,4\"><span class=\"citation-120\">Their use is permitted only with written consent from the Administration<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"31,0,1,6\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"32\">5. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"33,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5.1. The Administration is not liable for:<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33,0,1,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"33,0,1,0,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-119\">Temporary unavailability of the Website<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"33,0,1,0,0,3\">;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"33,0,1,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"33,0,1,1,0,1\"><span class=\"citation-118\">Actions of third parties leading to malfunctions or data leaks<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"33,0,1,1,0,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<div class=\"source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"34\">6.
